car was immaculately presented when collected. The warranty was one of the reasons I bought the car. And
the free 1-year AA membership is a nice little bonus. Tony was most
obliging when I asked him to take the hand controls off my old car and
went to some trouble to do this. I would wholeheartedly recommend the

Good honest and friendly service. It was well worth the trip from
Manchester to buy the vehicle which drives perfectly and I've got the
'peace of mind' of a r warranty- couldn't be better.
Postscript- February 2015. I discovered a minor 'wear and tear' fault-
although not covered by the warranty ( understandably so ) Tony agreed
to help me fix the problem as a gesture of good will- he didn't have to
do this but it shows you what a great company they are- I wish all car
dealers were as reputable as this one

We found a Volvo on their website and it looked fantastic.
We turned up at the garage and the staff were friendly and pulled out
all the stops.
We bought the car on the day.
They then took the car for an MOT which it passed with no advisories.
We had a small issue with the battery on the car which Paul sorted out,
he sent someone out to fix it and ended up replacing the battery free of
charge.
They gave me long warranty on the car and free AA membership.
The car is perfect. Me and my Wife love it!
I could not recommend used car network enough, and would have no issues
buying from them again.

I was sold a lovely little Polo by Tony at UCN (a proper fella who knows
the art of customer service well). It came with a 1 year warranty (they
call it the Freedom Warranty because you can have work carried out
anywhere and they foot the bill). The warranty was the main selling
point for me, but the car is a quality little vehicle. When I did
encounter one little hiccup with the suspension, I phoned Tony and took
the car to a local garage (I live miles from Epping). The bill came to
hundreds but Tony barely blinked and settled it on the spot. If you want
a great little car at a good price and with customer service you can bet
the bank on, these guys are a great choice.
