I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks recently when a friend of mine recommended used car network to me having previously bought two of their cars from there, after looking at the website i found a really cute mini cooper which is something I'd always wanted!

Being a woman i was a little intimidated by the thought of visiting a car dealers alone but the guys at used car network were really helpful in making sure i was completely happy with the car and how it drives!

Plus they also offer a great warranty! Highly recommended! Five stars! Xx

went to have a look at a car with this company totally amazed the service was second to none no pressure at all car was i bought it straight away had a small problem a few days later no problem i took it back given a courtesy car the car was fixed happy days definitely rec0mmend this company and would use them again customer service was five star alone.

Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE received by this company Saw an Audi they where selling and we arrange an appointment for Sunday 21st August 2016 had a test drive really pleased with car so decided to purchase it, nothing was to much trouble nothing hidden, really pleased with the warranty received with the car. As living in Ashford Kent, they even offered to a delivery service I had the car on the Wednesday, nothing was to much trouble for the team if I had any questions, the after care has also been excellent. Bought a gorgeous BMW X5 2 weeks ago. On the way home the brake fluid level warning came on, after taking it to a local garage they found one of the pipes had burst. This was not possible for the garage to foresee (I did buy the car after just 3 days of them receiving it) After a quick phonecall to Tony the boss my garage fixed the fault and this was paid for by UCN. You can take your car to a local garage thats why the warranty is called a freedom warranty, but obviously have to contact UCN first to get the go ahead. The £100 limit on the warranty as stated in another review is also on my premium warranty, this does not stop you getting an expensive problem fixed, UCN just do multiple claims as Tony the boss told me, so its all covered. Thanks Tony, Joel and the team.

Was looking for a reliable car for under £5000 local to me in Essex a came across used car network in Epping, I noticed their excellent reviews and decided to go and take a look, finally decided on a little Alfa for £4495, took it for a test drive and do the deal, they asked me if I would leave them a review on google so I waited a few weeks to see how it went, the car has been faultless apart from a main fuse that blew so I phoned Tony and he sent an electrician round the same day, took five minutes to fix at their expense, very happy with their service and their quick response, could not recommend enough, car runs like a dream.

I purchased a Fiat Punto from used car network last july, had been running perfect until last week when it stopped starting first time in the morning. I called Tony and told him about it and he told me to bring it in the next day, it turned out to be a worn starter motor, which he got fixed the same day and it was all covered in the free warranty i got with the car. I bought a Honda CRV back in Jan (2015). Found the whole experience to be good. The fact they offered a warranty on a 10 year old car , shows they are prepared to put their money where their mouth is. I did pay the extra for an extended warranty. Said i would write this review after having the car 6 months, which makes more sense to me. So far so good. Car has been great and no problems so far. All the cars looked good and, clearly because of the warranty, i doubt they are going to waste time on potential "dodgy" motors. I would happily and may well, go back to them for our next car.........Cheers

Was recommended to these by a friend who bought her car from them last year and said they were brilliant and their warranty and after sales service was excellent, so i went and had a look, ive just picked up my Citroen last week and everything has been fine, the people were very polite and helpful and i did not feel pressureised at all, they showed me all the controls, gave me a new mot and serviced and valeted the car for me as well, would highly recommend these to anyone:) :)

I bought a Honda Civic - a specific model and year that I needed because I'm disabled. The staff were extremetly helpful with information and the car was immaculately presented when collected. The additional - and unusual - 4-year warranty was one of the reasons I bought the car. And the free 1-year AA membership is a nice little bonus. Tony was most obliging when I asked him to take the hand controls off my old car and went to some trouble to do this. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Used Car Network.

Good honest and friendly service. It was well worth the trip from Manchester to buy the vehicle which drives perfectly and I've got the 'peace of mind' of a 1 year warranty- couldn't be better.
Postscript- February 2015. I discovered a minor 'wear and tear' fault- although not covered by the warranty ( understandably so ) Tony agreed to help me fix the problem as a gesture of good will- he didn't have to do this but it shows you what a great company they are- I wish all car dealers were as reputable as this one

We found a Volvo on their website and it looked fantastic.
We turned up at the garage and the staff were friendly and pulled out all the stops.
We bought the car on the day.
They then took the car for an MOT which it passed with no advisories.
We had a small issue with the battery on the car which Paul sorted out, he sent someone out to fix it and ended up replacing the battery free of charge.
They gave me long warranty on the car and free AA membership.
The car is perfect. Me and my Wife love it!
I could not recommend used car network enough, and would have no issues buying from them again.

I was sold a lovely little Polo by Tony at UCN (a proper fella who knows the art of customer service well). It came with a 1 year warranty (they call it the Freedom Warranty because you can have work carried out anywhere and they foot the bill). The warranty was the main selling point for me, but the car is a quality little vehicle. When I did encounter one little hiccup with the suspension, I phoned Tony and took the car to a local garage (I live miles from Epping). The bill came to hundreds but Tony barely blinked and settled it on the spot. If you want a great little car at a good price and with customer service you can bet the bank on, these guys are a great choice.
